By paying a SeenLabs invoice, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure and the Terms of Service.

Licensing Structure
When you purchase SeenLabs services:
- You contract with SeenLabs — SeenLabs is your single point of contact for all services, support, and billing.
- SeenLabs manages vendor relationships — We hold agreements with technology partners and pass through appropriate license rights to you.
- License terms apply — Software and hardware are provided under the terms specified in our Terms of Service, including:
- Non-exclusive, non-transferable license
- Intellectual property remains with respective owners
- No reverse engineering or unauthorized modification
Your Rights & Responsibilities
What You Receive
- Right to use software and hardware for your internal business purposes
- Access to SeenLabs support for all partner products
- Warranty coverage as specified in your service agreement
What You Must Not Do
- Sublicense, resell, or redistribute partner technology
- Attempt to establish direct relationships with partners to bypass SeenLabs
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify partner products
Partner Updates
SeenLabs may add, remove, or change technology partners at any time. Material changes affecting your active services will be communicated directly.
